At Nishara, every piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully packed to reach you in perfect condition. As many of our products are handcrafted, delicate, or produced in limited quantities, we follow a specific return and replacement policy.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only in cases where the product has arrived damaged or there is an issue from our end. We do not accept returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind, personal preference, or if the product is not as expected, provided the correct product has been delivered in good condition.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or replacement.
For us to process your request, we require:
A clear unboxing video, starting from the sealed package and continuing until the product is fully unboxed.
Clear photographs of the damaged product.
Clear photographs of the outer packaging.
Your order number or order confirmation.
The unboxing video is essential for us to verify that the damage occurred during transit and to process your request with our shipping partners.
Once the request and supporting documentation have been reviewed and verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit, as applicable.
Please note that if the request is raised after 48 hours of delivery, or if the required unboxing video and supporting images are not provided, we sincerely regret that we will not be able to process a refund, replacement, or return.
Refunds
As our collections are curated and produced in limited quantities, we do not offer cash refunds. For approved damaged-product claims, we may provide a replacement or store credit, as applicable.
