Returns & Refunds

At Nishara, every piece is thoughtfully curated and carefully packed to reach you in perfect condition. As many of our products are handcrafted, delicate, or produced in limited quantities, we kindly ask you to review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nishara.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we take great care in packaging every order, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Clear photographs of the product.

  • Images of the outer packaging.

  • Your order number.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit, as applicable.

Refunds

Due to the curated and limited nature of our collections, we do not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which may be used for future purchases on our website.

  • Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Store credit will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.

Once the returned item passes inspection, we will process the exchange and share tracking details accordingly.

Please note that exchanges are permitted only once per order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

  • Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or limited-edition pieces, unless damaged during transit.

Order Cancellation

Orders that have been confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled, as preparation and packaging begin shortly after an order is placed.
