Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes an additional 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

During product launches, festive periods, or high-volume sales, processing times may be extended. Should there be any significant delay, our team will keep you informed via email.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹1499

  • Shipping charges for orders below ₹1499 will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location

Estimated Delivery Timelines

After dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro Locations: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging & Handling

Every Nishara order is packed with protective materials to ensure safe transit.

As many of our products are handcrafted, artisan-made, or produced in limited quantities, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur. These are natural characteristics of the product and not considered defects.

Shipping Delays

While we work with trusted shipping partners, Nishara is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Public holidays

  • Operational or logistical delays beyond our control

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
